Chief Administrative Officer Jocelyn Hsu is an experienced professional with over 25 years of government contracting knowledge. In addition to considerable experience, Jocelyn brings a broad knowledge base having worked across departments covering the entire business lifecycle. Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Jocelyn was the Chief Administrative Officer at Paradyme Management where she provided leadership on various strategic initiatives and oversaw all back-office functions including finance and accounting, HR, communications and marketing, quality management, facilities and event management, IT services, community service, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Jocelyn also served as the Vice President of Corporate Initiatives at NCI, Inc., and the Senior Principal at SRA International. In addition to her government contracting career, she was a co-founder and past chairman of the board of Real Food for Kids, an organization bringing healthy choices and nutrition education to children.
